Ever since I was young, mountains have constituted a big part of my life. I grew up in Vorarlberg, just between the Eastern and Western Alps. My first steps as a mountaineer I took in the Alps. Later on, I was drawn to higher mountain chains as well.
My fascination for mountain sports and the different landscapes of the earth lead me to study sports and geography in Innsbruck and to train as a mountain guide. I have been pursuing my passion for mountaineering for more than 15 years now. With my guests, I have been to the mountains of South America and Africa as well as to many peaks of the Alps – each and every time a unique experience.
I hope that I will enjoy many more mountain adventures with guests and friends. Regardless of whether we are talking about a long off-piste descent, a challenging peak or an interesting climbing route, in the end, they all result in the same feeling: the shared success and happiness of having achieved something.
