I have been a skiing enthusiast since I was a young boy, so it was not surprising that I decided to become a ski instructor which earned me some money during my university years. I later discovered mountaineering and everything else that comes with it. I still love rock-climbing, high-altitude ski mountaineering and climbing mountains in other parts of this world. Being a certified mountain and ski guide was my childhood dream which finally came true after a long career in the banking industry. When I am not guiding in the mountains, I work as leadership trainer and coach which also gives me great satisfaction. Now that our children are grown up, I find peace and relaxation when I go rock climbing with my wife – preferably in a place where I can also enjoy the sun and the sea.
