For administrative and insurance purposes, all travel bookings with Kobler & Partner have to be made in written form. Due to this, it is not possible to carry out travel bookings by telephone. Please note that we cannot accept informal emails either. Of course, we will gladly advise you by phone on any queries prior to booking (Monday to Friday, 10-12 and 14-17) at +41 31 381 23 33 or via email office@kobler-partner.ch. Written booking can be carried out in two ways: by using our registration form, which we will gladly send you by mail or online via our web page, where you can find a registration link with every travel offer. Please pay attention also to our general terms and conditions and to the additional information on travel cancellation insurance.
Early booking is the best way to secure a place on our expeditions/ trips.
Upon registration you will receive a written confirmation and further information on your expedition/ trip.
If the content of the booking confirmation does not correspond with your intended booking, please contact Kobler & Partner in the next 10 days.
The package price includes accommodation in double rooms/ double tents or, if no other option is available, in dorm rooms (shared rooms). Single rooms/ single tents are available for a surcharge.
